Higher Ground is a Finnish gospel movement.
The first HG-concert was held in 2006 at Helsinki Savoy-theater, featuring Higher Ground Mass Choir,
Powerhouse Vocals and Band. Special guests were Max’C, Kenzie Salter, Axl Smith and Dancers.
Second Higher Ground -concert was 2007 at Helsinki Culture House with Tony Momrelle (Incognito) and
Kora Green (Al Green’s daughter).
Higher Ground concerts are about playing gospel music with flavors of funk, soul and r&b.
